Margaret Walker is a retired U.S. Navy Environmental Health and Preventive Medicine Officer with over 32 years of dedicated federal service. Throughout her distinguished military career, she led complex public health, environmental health, and occupational safety programs across domestic installations and overseas operational environments — protecting the health and readiness of tens of thousands of service members and their families.

Her experience spans Force Health Protection, disease surveillance, environmental compliance, emergency preparedness, and preventive medicine operations — including critical missions supporting coalition forces in Afghanistan, pandemic response during COVID-19, and disaster relief operations following Hurricane Florence.

In 2023, Margaret founded Walker's Tailored Solutions LLC with a clear mission: to bring that same operational expertise, military cultural competency, and unwavering commitment to protection directly to the agencies and organizations that serve those who serve. As an SDVOSB and California DVBE, WTS is uniquely positioned to deliver senior-level technical execution with the agility of a small business — and the heart of someone who has never stopped serving.
